Contact the editors

The site is run by the SwapRadar editorial team. We do not hold funds, do not process swaps and have no access to anyone's coins — so there is no support line here for a stuck transfer: that one goes to the service you used, and its contacts are on its review.

What to write about

• A number on this site is out of date or wrong. Send the page and what it should say — corrections go in the same day we confirm them, and the check date on the page changes with them.
• A service wants its entry reviewed. Send the page on your own site where the terms are published; the score follows the method and is not negotiable.
• A service should be added or removed. Tell us which and why; what was already considered and left out is listed on the ranking page.

How to reach us

Email: [email protected]. One inbox, read by the people who write the pages. Working days, usually within two of them; we do not promise an hour we cannot keep.

We do not take payment for a place in the ranking, and we say so on the funding page — if an email offers one, that is the answer it gets.
